I’m a huge fan of quotes. The right ones can contain vast amounts of knowledge and wisdom in just a few sentences and I find that fascinating. I’m always on the lookout for inspirationals ones I can relate to, and I write out a few of my own to motivate athletes.
Obviously, not all quotes can relate to all things and as far as I know, there has never been a list of quotes carefully curated to help inspire and boost the motivation of cheerleaders…
Until now!
After hours of collecting and sorting through the best ones I could find, I’ve come up with this special list just for you. So bookmark this page, share it with your friends and drop by often whenever you need a shot of motivation before training. A good quote can help turn a bad tumbling day, into a great tumbling day because if you’ve been reading my stuff for a while, you know how important a good mentality and attitude is to your success.
Enjoy!

Wow! These are amazing, thank you for putting them together. Musta been a lot of work.
I personally related to your quote about how when a coach stops pushing their athletes is the day they stop caring. Absolutely true! I push my girls and scream at them sometimes because I want the best for them so badly. It’s a weird way we coaches express our love for our athletes I guess LOL
I’m going to ask my coach if we can print out some of these and hang them on our walls.
I TOTALLY LOVE THEM! <3
thank you so much for putting this list together, your site is incredible!
If this doesn’t get you fired up, you definitely weren’t meant for competitive sports.
Great list Sahil, I’ve only gone trough like a third, and can’t wait to get through the rest.
YES! I love quotes. I’ll definitely be using some of these to spice up the summer training and get the girls in my gym fired up.
Thanks for putting the list together Sahil. In total love with your blog btw!
I haven’t read one article I didn’t like and wasn’t nodding my head in agreement to.
Holy cow these are awesome coach! I’ve just made this post the homepage on my iphone and will be looking at a new quote before every practice. That gives me 57 practices I can get all pumped up for.
A million thank yous!
Loooove your quotes so much! They are amazing!!
