What you don’t want here is the legs to stay apart throughout the snapdown process, nor do you want a break in the shoulder angle.

I urge anyone who feels like they have a “good” snapdown to try this drill. Adjust the height of the Octagon accordingly — you’ll know it’s set up correctly if the feet aren’t able to touch the wall.

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_cta title=”Download All 15 Drills For Future Reference!” button_url=”http://gum.co/octagondrills” url_new_window=”on” button_text=”Access The Drills” admin_label=”** Support Site **” _builder_version=”4.16″ header_letter_spacing=”1px” header_line_height=”1.2em” background_color=”#25c4a9″ custom_button=”on” button_text_size=”21px” button_text_color=”#0f9fff” button_bg_color=”#ffffff” button_border_width=”4px” button_border_color=”#00e1ff” button_letter_spacing=”1px” button_font=”Open Sans Condensed|700|||||||” button_icon=”||divi||400″ button_on_hover=”off” custom_margin=”21px||29px” custom_padding=”21px||” header_font_size_tablet=”” header_font_size_phone=”23px” header_font_size_last_edited=”on|phone” button_text_size_tablet=”” button_text_size_phone=”16px” button_text_size_last_edited=”on|desktop” box_shadow_style=”preset3″ box_shadow_color=”rgba(0,0,0,0.24)” box_shadow_style_button=”preset1″ box_shadow_vertical_button=”7px” box_shadow_spread_button=”1px” box_shadow_color_button=”rgba(0,0,0,0.2)” saved_tabs=”all” global_colors_info=”{}”]If you’re finding these drills helpful, then consider supporting the site, and purchasing all 15 drill videos in HD Quality! You can load them on your phone, laptop or tablet and play them back whenever you like!
